This blend uses 70% tea leaves and 30% stems, creating a balanced cup with a warm roasted aroma and gentle sweetness.
Alongside its comforting roasted character, the tea reveals subtle acidity and evolving sweetness. As the temperature cools, the flavor develops a delicate sweet sour note reminiscent of plum blossoms.
